This workshop introduces the fundamental principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the philosophy that guides it. Through engaging examples and analogies, participants will learn how Chinese medicine practitioners observe the body, assess balance and imbalance, and diagnose patterns of health. The session will also cover practical ways to incorporate dietary wisdom and gentle exercises—such as Qigong—into daily routines to support overall well-being.
Additionally, participants will explore common therapies and treatment methods, including herbal medicine and acupuncture, to understand how they are applied in promoting health and restoring balance.
By attending this workshop, participants will gain a solid foundation for further exploration into related topics such as Qigong, acupuncture, and Chinese cooking for wellness.
