Developed 2000 years ago by one of the most renowned Chinese Medicine doctor Hua Tuo, this set of exercises mimics the movements of five carefully chosen animals: tiger, deer, monkey, bear and crane. Like other Qi Gong , Five Animal Exercise also requires the coordination of body movement, breathing and Qi (energy) flow.
This set of exercises was developed by Hua Tuo based on the theories and principles of traditional Chinese medicine. It is suitable for any age group and can contributes to healthy living and longevity.
